Off of Rhythm of The Saints, the follow up to the acclaimed Graceland album. The looping marimbas remind me of something created with a tone matrix program.
This is the tumblr blog for Patrick Atwater. I am a Graduate of The University of Georgia with a B.S. in Mathematics. I am now living in Athens, Ga as a freelance Bass player. Projects that I'm working on include writing songs, doing solo performances that involve live looping and drum beats, and playing in various groups ranging from Jam to Pop to Jazz.
