This one’s for you folks up in Beantown. athensmusicandarts: Beernews.org is reporting that Athens brewery Terrapin will be releasing four specialty beers titled “Terrapin’s Georgia Theatre Sessions” to help with fundraising efforts in rebuilding the Theatre. The beers will be released in Athens and Atlanta only, witht he first, “The Iron Tankard” Old Stock Ale set for release in March. Also, reports beernews.org: Each release in the series will highlight a different era in the history of the building: Brew 1 – March – “The Iron Tankard” Old Stock Ale – The building started as a YMCA in 1889 and had a huge iron swimming pool in the basement. Brew 2 – June – “Double Feature” Belgian Dubbel – later the building became a movie theater Brew 3 – September – “Sound Czech” Czech Pilsner – Highlighting the wonderful days of the GA Theatre’s music career Brew 4 – December – “Hoptaneous Combustion” Imperial IPA – The tragic Fire and a look into the future.

AtwaterStream This is the tumblr blog for Patrick Atwater. I am a Graduate of The University of Georgia with a B.S. in Mathematics. I am now living in Athens, Ga as a freelance Bass player.
